Hi there that’s the question i can’t answer i’m with First Direct and i thought it needed face ID to get into it as well. i had 3 cards attached to walletpay and that’s where most money was moved.How can someone clear a bank account using a phone? My NatWest app requires face ID or my passcode to access it.
That’s a shitter for you though, mate. Banks are usually good are compensating stolen money, so all the best to you with that.
The order of events was;
Phone was Stolen circa 23:44
They then disabled family sharing ie find my iphone
Then they changed my email and password so all the password resets which go to the emails you can’t accesss.
I have got multiple IP address locations that will help th police and they did seem genuinely interested. On the day of the game I was in there 3 hours with them.
Some of the main problems is things like revolut etc it’s all an online chat rather than a human and a lot tell you to make the changes in the app itself that’s all well and good as long as you can actually get in the app.
