P.S saying pan fried is wrong, it's pan seared.

Pan searing is completely different to pan frying.

Actually mate, all the chefs I've known submerge the whole egg in the fat when frying and the lay them on a heated drainer afterwards, but that's just my experience, so your comment still holds up for me :-p.

The Welsh have some horrific phrases that they don't even notice are all wrong (anyone living here will back this up)

"I'll be there now"- no you won't, you'll be there as soon as you can
"Is it?"- this is not a reply to a statement!
"Whose coat is this jacket?"- seriously, WTF....

That's fucking depressed me. I actually use the top one.
