Garry Cook just get's all of the abuse when a player doesn't move to City. I feel quite sorry for him actually. Apparently he is a dead nice guy. The press slaughter him because of the "bottled it" comment and Hughes' sacking. He doesn't deserve it though, Milan did bottle it and Hughes did deserve to be sacked, as the press were constantlyreminding us off.

Got a picture with Gary Cook and Mike last night myself. Was so pissed I walked right by them, and family of Blues I had met at the happy hour before the game stopped. When I turned around I though SHIT! I'll post it once I figure out who got the picture. Great guy, had a lot of time for the kids with us.

Was really good meeting fellow british expat blues too.

Wow I'm so jealous! It's great to hear a story like that and I can only imagine what the whole experience was like. Wish City made the trip to the Midwest, but it's still quite unbelievable to see them on this side of the Atlantic. To run into Cook and Summerbee...it's like a dream.
