Pitch Invasion?

I’ve yet to hear 1 City player or Pep complaining about that after the game, going all the way back to the Sergio title winning goal and that pitch invasion celebration.

Whether people agree with the pitch invasions or not it has become part and parcel of (the last day) title winning celebrations at the Etihad.

Red shirt fans used to try and mock it. They don’t anymore because they know it’s part and parcel of our title winning celebrations now.
They won't comment publicly but do you think they want to have to sprint off the pitch at the final whistle?

Its like booing the Champions League Anthem.
The club don't want people to do it, the manager and players have asked people not to do it but some people seem to think they are bigger than the club and continue to do both pitch invasions and boo.

Probably not in all honesty. But I’m sure they all understand the fans excitement and jubilation about winning another PL title.

I don’t think the players will be stood in the tunnel or sat in the changing room whilst the podium is being erected thinking I wish I could have stayed in a bit longer after the final whistle. Most of those players are used to the pitch invasions by now.

They’re probably sat in the dressing room thinking why does it take 40 fucking minutes to build a podium
