Beanie was Pearce's plan C for the Boro game, just after David James and just before Jon Macken.
We gone from electrifying, shooting, fighting, and now sending police dogs on to stop 1000’s of pitch invaders. Lol!
Im in East Stand Level 3 and when the pitch invasion happened went to the toilet. When I looked over the spirals I was amazed at the number of people leaving. I understood it in 2012 but not yesterday.Reading many posts on here it seems that the two sections are too far apart for there to be any agreement. But I do think the club will issue some bans after repeatedly asking fans not to go on the pitch. They may just identify random individuals or the one's who were first on the pitch but I think to appease, whoever issues any fine they will take action by issuing bans. Of course I could be completely wrong and the club may just laugh the pitch invasion off and pay any fine that comes because of it, but I doubt it. Myself I was in the east stand 2 and after sitting in that heat for the full match so when the invasion started I and many around left knowing that we would be there for another hour and had no desire to sit another hour in that heat. If nobody had gone on the pitch and everything regarding the presentation could have started immediately after the final whistle I would have stayed.
I’m 100% certain of a royal whooshing!I'm pretty sure @SSL2 got whooshed there.
The diplomatic wing of Manchester speaks?Going off the gruesome ways some on here want pitch invaders to be dealt with, what about this?
Or just carpet bomb everyone on the pitch.
But you wouldn’t have scored. If you had gone on the pitch under Pearce you'd have probably got to play
Saw a few from the tunnel club going on..........no honest I did. Also saw them walking back into that area.Corporate? Hospitality?
Haha throwing those groups in to try and defend the idiots.
It is not the most difficult job to do and it only takes catching 100 season ticket holders to start making it affective. There are no more home games so at least it will give them something to do until next season starts.
