PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Club statement:

Manchester City FC is surprised by the issuing of these alleged breaches of the Premier League Rules, particularly given the extensive engagement and vast amount of detailed materials that the EPL has been provided with.
The Club welcomes the review of this matter by an independent Commission, to impartially consider the comprehensive body of irrefutable evidence that exists in support of its position.
As such we look forward to this matter being put to rest once and for all.
Love the last line!!

That’s also fucking bollocks.

This place is absolutely full of fuckers that obviously didn’t actually read the CAS report but simply parrot Nick Harris and any refs they’re mates with. Jog the fuck on as you’re talking to City fans that are actually well read on the subject.
He’s full of shit mate, knows fuck all about the case which is evidently clear.

I'm sure there was pressure from other parties last week to pressure the Premier League to get on with it.

This today is it I believe. In effect they are saying "this is what weve found, it's a shed load of minor offences (that all clubs would have if we investigated for 5 years) and that's it". In effect the ball is over to City to hit away and the pressure is off the Premier League from the vulture clubs.

City will defend it, token fine and hand slap awarded, shit will stick and regardless of however long passes we will be known as cheats with no fans! All a bit pathetic really, but that's the behaviour greed generates.

Seems very relaxed.
As it should be.

They’ve basically just smirked at the PL.

I’m well aware of that, but there’s not a chance in hell they break even this year. They have costs other than amortisation don’t forget.
Plus no money in when abramovich was in charge during the war also no away fans sale of tickets doesn’t add up
