PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Here we go again. I wish we hadn't paid the first fine...knew they'd be back. Charged for trying to compete in business. What a joke. They just can't help themselves. Man the barricades. Tin hats on.

Manchester City FC is surprised by the issuing of these alleged breaches of the Premier League Rules, particularly given the extensive engagement and vast amount of detailed materials that the EPL has been provided with.
The Club welcomes the review of this matter by an independent Commission, to impartially consider the comprehensive body of irrefutable evidence that exists in support of its position.
As such we look forward to this matter being put to rest once and for all.

There's nothing in it relating to K.20 for those years as far as i can see.

There is, I took screenshots as I was reading it to show I was on section K, rule 20:




And it’s also in the player remuneration section of the PL’s statement, so it’s definitely this.
