PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Imagine starting a business but you can’t invest your own money. This rule is exclusive to man city only.
Yeah , you can’t start the same shop as your bigger neighbour because it’s unfair for our future revenue - in the real world it’s a case of “fuck you” if I go on to make my business better than yours that’s your fucking problem.

Im really confused with how much an owner can put into a club, it;s the situation at Chelsea that is throwing me, how can RA have loaned them in the region of £1.5Billion and then it just be written off?
I wouldn't use the term 'written off' - I understand that he didn't want it paying back which makes it a gift. Is a gift the same as owner's equity?

There's an article on the BBC website that mentions Keown and the quote "If it's financial doping it's a scandal." I can't find an article that states "If it's not financial doping it's a scandal to heap such opprobrium onto a club." Perhaps Dirty Dan Roan is currently scribbling it as I write.

Twatt Ziegler, Times Online one hour ago… ‘Man City owners may be forced out if charges proven.’

I’m not adding a link and its behind a paywall.

I speculated a day or so ago that this would be the PL end game. Find enough reasonable doubt and subsequently declare our owners not fit and proper.

Its a stitch up guv
Done like a kipper then....

I have been away from the forum awhile.
I am from Finland. I LOVE KUPS (Kuopio Football Club). I love finnish football. We are shit. I also love this club from the North-West of England called Manchester City. We have been accused and we are the villains for everything that has happened. I dont believe any second for anything of that nature. We will be proven innocent(yet again) I was there against in 2011 and I plan to be there wherever we are next year!

And this is why I am baffled, why would we need to supposedly inflate sponsorship when we could have just asked the owner for a loan of £100 million.

Owner investment has a cap on it for FFP purposes.

The club can be given more as long as it's exempt from FFP calculations (e.g. building work), but nowhere near 100M a year (it varies from UEFA FFP and PL FFP).

The key point is that much of the Abramovich loan was for building at Stamford Bridge and the hotels - it didn't go into FFP calculations, and therefore is irrelevant from any sniping.

The club should hire a raft of private detectives to investigate the fuck out of the usual cheating suspects. The jealous twat likes of the Red Scouse and the perpetually failing Spuds to start with. Let's see how pure and driven as the white snow their accounting looks like.
I’d be amazed if we hadn’t been doing this for years… certainly since we discovered the victims committing theft of data offences that could have even them having to start from the lowest league in English football whilst operating as a separate legal entity to the one that claims to be self made whilst having bought their way out of the old second div with money from outside the game, with supporters who murder Italians, drop paving stones on Bulgarian waiter’s heads, continually rush turnstiles and continually behave like sub-human throw backs (hello lurkers)

You forgot pushing innocent tourists into fountains
