I agree it would make a great TV drama.
Maybe in a decade or two it might be made into one.
This is just another series of the Manchester City soap opera.
Award winning storylines almost every year.

Sorry, I wasn't being serious with my previous answer.
Yes, a couple of our legal eagles have made those very points, although I wasn't clear if the fraud angle will be reviewed first to determine whether there is enough evidence to pursue the serious charge. If there isn't, then the alleged breach is time-barred, of course.
Our les also pointed out that the serious nature of the allegation of fraud means that the evidence has to be more cogent than with a normal breach, which is then a more difficult level to achieve.
I think. It's all pretty complicated for a simple accountant like me.
And yes, you do need to catch up to the dirty dossier.
Ref wasn't too bad away at the Emirates last season.
I can see the lawyers blocking it.This is just another series of the Manchester City soap opera.

We had all this 3 years ago.

UEFA FFP investigation - CAS decision to be announced Monday, 13th July 9.30am BST
There used to be many good investigative journalists on the national press but, since online reporting became the major outlet, clickbait has sadly become the norm. Sad but true. It is not just the sports pages either.forums.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk
City were going to unload a mythical shit storm of material gathered on the cartel clubs.
Depending on the point of time, it was going to be timed to:
stop the UEFA investigation
derail Liverpool's title charge in January
blow things wide open during project restart in June
spoil their title celebrations in July
bring down UEFA entirely
Then the ban got overturned, all mentions of a super secret expose to uncover the villains behind the campaign against the club were forgotton, until another crisis point and suddenly it's back on the menu.
You must be able to see this is not real. It's wishful thinking packaged up perfectly to appeal to people on here. Not only is the club 100% innocent, it's going to be proven to everyone and all our enemies are going to be humiliated and their machinations revealed to the public! Too good to be true doesn't even begin to cover it.
It's always the same. The poster can't tell you any details. Or a date for when this might happen. Or who is involved...but you wait and see! Just keep waiting, any day now.
I completely understand the appeal, If we're sitting here in 10 days or 10 weeks time and it turns out it was real this time, and the "whistleblower of all whistleblowers" has brought down a conspiracy of everyone who looked at City the wrong way, then I'll be celebrating just as much as anyone. But come on, we can't keep falling for the same routine.
Didn't think there was anything other than 50/50 stuff. That said Arse and the media cried the house down.Ref wasn't too bad away at the Emirates last
