Fairly sure it’s fruit of the poisoned tree… but close enough…In English courts the judge would decide on the admissibility of stolen data etc. We do not have a doctrine of ‘fruit of the stolen tree’.

God knows. But he didn't in his first message, so why would he now?Why wouldnt he tell us what he knows AND how he knows it
Add a charge of 'hacking PiGMOL comms' to the list...Make of this what you will, but I've just been privy to some startling information that would blow the lid off PGMOL and the power brokers at the Premier League, if it became public. It involves a recording of a conversation between the match day referee and VAR official at a recent away match, a recording that is now in the hands of City.
It's my firm belief that City have compiled a dossier so incendiary, that the Premier League will have no choice but to totally exonerate the Club of any wrongdoing. If they don't, this is going nuclear. Either way, we hold all the cards and this explains why we're so bullish about the eventual outcome. The Premier League are on the back foot, and in my opinion, are currently lobbying the membership as to how best to quietly end the process. I have also been advised that at least one of the "Nasty 9" has had board level discussions with City, distancing themselves from the others in the cabal.
Pep's press conference tells us all we need to know. Watch it again, look at the anger and barely controllable rage in the mans eyes. His attitude wasn't based upon him being reassured about some poxy finances & bullshit charges, it was because he KNOWS exactly what is coming.
Sit back and enjoy the ride Blues.
If the PL fail to support their charges then the Commission has nothing to decide… I do not for a second think that will happen due to our new found smoking gun, but your comment that it could not happen is not correct… just saying…I am far from sure that The PL can drop the case. The “ Independent Commission “ is now just that. Its task has been set and it’s work is no doubt in train.
I can understand why you good people are thirsting for the PL to be challenged but think this through if City for instance said “ We have information which we are going to put in the public domain if you carry on with the commission “
There is no doubt that a match official and VAR have an open line of communication but sorry I am not buying into all this
Ha, seriously.Add a charge of 'hacking PiGMOL comms' to the list...
the greater the seriousness of the charges the greater the threshold of probability (of guilt) required.I know they’re not evidence of wrong doing, but they’re far from stupid gossip either. They are evidence of very specific discussions that took place about the routing of monies through our club, and we are under serious investigation (again) pretty much solely because of them. What burden of proof is the PL hearing likely to operate to? The same as CAS or less? [genuine question]
Netflix on the case already. Market value pending of course. Is it wrong I’m enjoying all this?
It’ll make one hell of a box set.
Hope it doesn’t end disappointingly like The Sopranos ; )
To give some substanceGod knows. But he didn't in his first message, so why would he now?
Yes, the same **** that absolutely rinsed City at Everton for two if not three years running. Wanker of the highest rank.Every time Walton is asked about a decision during or after a City game, he always goes against City even when It's blindingly obvious he's talking utter bollocks. There is something very off with him, clear and obvious, as someone once said.
Why would the 14 who won't be invited want it?I think the PL looking bad is the desired outcome for everyone here......ALL the clubs owners want the Super League let's not forget that.
