Yeah I know. They accusing us of cheating when in the 19 league titles they won you could spend what you wanted was all okay. They will argue they earned the money but how would anybody know? Soon as you compete with them everybodies a cheat. They have spent more than us weather they earned it or not they won fuck all. The cheat code is pep, why he's still here they will win nothing major just expect more accusations.

I doubt we are whiter than white but anyone would think we have hidden the biggest fraud in history, The reality is that we have undertaken what are global business practices and introduced them into a football enviroment that has been dragging it's knuckles through the dirt for decades. We are likely to have done what any large businesses do, Look for ways to limit our liabilities and to reduces costs by centralising them.

Just as examples:
What about the dippers writing of £40 million on a non existant stadium?
What about the Rags reneging on a friendly that was part of a transfer.

Just consider for a moment, if you listen to many opposition fans they would have you believe we are saying players in secret on top of their reported salaries, then consider the number of players who have left the club some of which have been disgruntalled, you would have thought by now there would have been a whistle blower or something, players will be audited for tax purposes, are we saying all the auditors are in on this fraud as well?

What about sponsors, are we really to believe that the most successful and fasted growing team in England over the last 10 years won't have had large businesses wanting to be associated with them through sponsorship?

Revenue:
Has any club in England earned more prize money through the premier league and CL in the last 10 years than us?

Im on the side of the club, fuck them all.

It would be nice to know what was happening, to be fair. The players and coaching staff don't deserve to be being asked questions about it and having their efforts undermined

Agreed. The club should’ve issued a briefing to that effect for sure.
So which players/coaching staff had that question put to them today then mate?

I've not seen any coverage from Sky yet but I'm talking in more general terms such as when Pep had to face the media post the charges.

But tonight I have seen them talked about on football shows such as MOTD and old hairy hands discussing it on Bein Sports following our game. These are two rights holders for the league actively talking about it in front of huge audiences. We need to clear our name.

That’s all true, but it’s just that your post got me thinking and since that initial post-charges press conference with Pep, I don’t recall a single member of the team/coaching staff being asked that line of questioning … not that I’ve heard of anyway, I’m sure someone will correct me if they have.
Lots of “opinion” pieces and between journo /pundit conversations and pods, but not questions put to the team/manager. And I like to think we’ve made it clear that’s off-limits.
But 100% agreed on those talking heads etc.

Although the regular mentioning of the PL charges by TV presenters and pundits is tiresome, it is not entirely unexpected and arguably not mentioning it would be too much to expect.
However when it comes to the CL final we were exonerated from the serious UEFA charges so there is absolutely no need to go on about PL charges at all. In fact it’s Inter that have actually been found guilty of much more recent FFP breaches so if our club is mentioned and Inter isn’t it will prove beyond doubt that there is an agenda to delegitimise us.
