Just for me, having read that again :)Psychiatric as well maybe :)

Absolutely. The forum is a better place for their views.
But I do wish they would try to explain to non-legals in a less legal way, sometimes. 99% of the people on here don't have any legal training, so sometimes pick up the wrong end of the legal argument stick purely from the way it is explained. A better way to explain the right to appeal would be to say there IS a right of appeal in certain, unlikely circumstances, rather than saying there is no right of appeal except in certain, unlikely circumstances. People are looking to the experts on here for comfort as well as legal explanation. A little comfort would go a long way on a particularly stressful issue, imho.
My point is more psychological than legal maybe.
Maybe I have no point.
Maybe there is no point at all, anywhere.
Philosophical as well as psychological then :)
I thought the same, I can say I understand quantum physics but the truth is I had to double check how you spell it lol.Imagine if they asked the 50% to give an example what we are charged with.
It would be like child’s play.
As do I. Its why I left in the caveat of it possibly being bad or inaccurate information. I guess it's more of an "if the shoe fits" application. I have to believe some, a few, what have you, are on the pessimistic side and some could be playing the role of contrarian. Most, as you say, are probably trying their best to provide some viable information. No worries, I didn't take it personally as I'm far from an expert in this field. But there are others who are, and the notion that they are guilty of fear mongering or abject pessimism is a bit out of order. They are calling it as they see it, based on their knowledge and experience. I, for one, appreciate their honesty and forthright views.
It's not flawed if it draws the desired hitsAll as I suspected but it won't stop people quoting the drive!. If that sort of thing was presented in a student dissertation it would be heavily criticised. It makes me so angry that they have the audacity to publish such flawed information. Thanks for the info btw.
Probably already mentioned but this gave me a chuckle.

"What Premier League fans think..."Over 50% understand what City are charged with?
That’s clearly bollocks.
Question any of them and once you’ve picked holes in everything they’ve said, they’ll finish with “you’re still cheats”
Been there done that.
Guess so but flawed in many professional senseIt's not flawed if it draws the desired hits
If anyone on here has still got a subscription to this rag then that’s just weird at this point.
