PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Delooney with another steaming pile of horseshit. Interesting that he openly talks of clubs pushing the PL into investigating and punishing us as though that’s perfectly acceptable though. And yes Miguel, when you say that PL rules allow clubs to sue each other, that doesn’t just mean it’s our club that could get sued by those unhappy at the outcome. It also means City can sue every club that we believe has tried to fuck us over too you brain dead twat:
He’s a fucking plank.

He’s a fucking plank.
The entire article is based on the false premise that Newcastle's business model is the same as City's. Newcastle are owned by a Sovereign Wealth Fund and we are owned by Sheik Mansour 73 per cent and Silver Lake 27 per cent. Is it possible that Deloony doesn't know the difference between people from Saudi Arabia and those from Abu Dhabi. They all look the same don't they? Plank is too kind a word.

The only interesting line in that pile of biased and distorted crap is the one where he is at pains to say the Premier League is "absolutely" making no comment. As if. But it is absoutely clear that he has been given a briefing from one of the PL clubs who are part of the witchhunt against City. He mentions a London source so my money is on Daniel Levy though it could easily be David Gill or someone acting on his behalf.
So the leaking process continues unabated. Someone high up in the PL leaks information about the confidential discussions with City to someone at one of our commercial rivals and they then brief their pals in the media. This is a despicable smear campaign and it shows, once again, that the PL hierarchy are acting in bad faith. Presumably Delaney must think we are all fucking stupid. But he is very bad at covering his tracks.
Great post. And that last bit is spot on - assuming he’s not completely made that article up, Delooney is as thick as pig shit and is basically admitting that stuff is being leaked to him. Also, on what planet are these clubs on if they think they can take action against us even if we are exonerated by an independent panel? In that scenario, there truly will only be one winner.

Delaney assured me on Twitter that his "confidential sources" had briefed him that CAS would uphold our CL ban. He's a total bullshitter.

Is that just a coincidence ? but the day after this thread focused on City's options to sue the PL/cartel and MSM outlets an article about PL competitor clubs suing City appears in the Independent. I don't read that paper and have not heard of the journalist in question, but surely he's not that desperate that he has to trawl through BMF for ideas ?

One common factor with all these leaks is that they usually get some key information wrong. I think some of it is deliberate misinformation and some may be wishful thinking. It is blindingly obvious that Delaney has had information from our rival clubs as is also the case with Panja and Ziegler. That confirms what we all suspect: that the PL hierarchy is passing confidential information about City's legal discussions with PL lawyers to a select group of favoured clubs namely LFC, MUFC, Spurs. and they are briefing the media. The information about City's legal tactics could not have come from anywhere else.
This is precisely what happened with the UEFA probe. I can't believe that all the other PL clubs are happy to be bypassed like this, whatever they think about City. The PL is actng in bad faith and this plays into the hands of our lawyers. Panja is certainly a bullshitter but I don't think he is making this stuff up.
