PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Love it ! is it just me, united fans I know have really withdrawn into themselves since we did the treble, ever since 1999 its been "their" title hasn't it "the treble winners?" We've actually ground them to dust, I think they actually realise now that we are actually bigger than them on the world football stage. The treble win of ours has been monumental, I'm of the opinion that our fanbase doesn't really realise the significance of what we have done.
the word treble now is associated with Manchester City Football club, anyone from the age of 35 and younger in this country cant even remember United's treble win apart from TV repeats. We live in the age of social media platforms, and its City who are the talk of worldwide football followers now. We have totally erased them.
Has anyone heard off Gary Neville on our treble win, he's been exceptionally quite on all things football recently hasn't he? I've scoured the usual media outlets and cant find a fucking thing about our treble off him at all-almost as if he thinks its never happened.
I've noticed they've started doing what we did in the 90s - dressing their unfortunate offspring up in their ghastly kit garb and parading them in shopping malls and airport lounges - a kind of act of defiance because that's all they've got.
The scousers are past masters at this - they see a flight from Manchester Airport as their Agincourt - you will wear the kit Our Jimmy - that's shown those Mancs.

To understand why we need to understand what it does & who it benefits.

It’s not for commercial or artistic, it’s anonymous so the maker isn’t after credit. It’s factually inaccurate so who benefits from the perception that City are cheating prior to a hearing when you’d imagine the truth will be available.
The timing of an anonymous video based on a story which had been already published in 2020 is not an accident. The fact it was covered by the Times who shared it with Piers Morgan who promoted it heavily on social media in a marketing campaign which included paid-for adverts in the Daily Mail, is also not an accident. It is part of an "organised and clear" hate campaign which we have sufftered from for a decade. I am sure the club knows precisely who is behind it all.
But the irony of this is that every smear tactic, every toxic briefing, every distorted quote, every unbalanced news article, every hate-filled tweet, is actually helping City. We argued all along that we were the victims of a witchunt by UEFA and CAS acccepted our evidence, dismissed all substantial charges and hugely reduced our fine for non-co-operation (which Khaldoon essentially admitted). The PL has made the same mistake as UEFA.

I think he’s on a mini retirement.

Haha, yes, totally agree, there were a few whoppers walking around Audenshaw the day after Instanbul, the sort that you just know have never been to old trafford in there lives, we are in their heads big time and I love it. The word "bitter" has found a new home, in fact its a word I've thrown at them for a good 5-6 years now, my neighbour said to me a few years ago "still a bitter I see" to which I replied "what have we to be bitter about?" "you'll never be as big as united" was his reply, i just told him "the spice girls were big once".
Enjoy their pain!

I saw some nonsense from Gary Chuckle the other day proclaiming that even though City have won all these trophies recently, City could never have the same stature as United. I really don’t get the rationale behind that as Pep is winning trophies at the moment at a lot more quicker rate than what old piss can Fergie did. If we ended up with more trophies than them in another 25 years time I’d imagine they would move the goal post again to justify why their shit stain of a club is somehow better.

This is 100% accurate, great post. I'm also seeing a lot of kids in City shirts these days too!

Has it ever been explained why they hacked Simon Pearces non MCFC email account? On the face of it correspondence between him and a commercial airline wouldn't seem very footyleaks? It's easy to say with Hindsight that an investigative journalist would join dots but we're supposedly talking about one Portuguese guy who says his interest was in corruption in Portugal. There are millions of emails over a period of years, it would take a team of dozens of people to go through them over a number of months.
I'm not sure we know which email accounts were hacked excepting the account holders name?

Pinto hacked everyone he could, there would have been dozens, hundreds or thousands of others he failed to get into.

Der Spielgel had to invest in expensive specialised software which trolled through everything looking for links and chains of emails and associated documents. Yet they only published 6 emails from 5,500,000 stolen just from ourselves. Depending on the source you believe he eventually turned over 70 million stolen documents from all different hacks. Lord knows what he hasn't turned over.
