PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

The way I read it is that it is:
"Further breaches related to rules requiring full details of "manager remuneration".

These were related to the 2009-10 to 2012-13 seasons, when Roberto Mancini was in charge."

Does that mean we were paying Bobby Manc too much? Or not paying Pep enough?
This is the one they will get us on.

And if true I’m afraid we deserve to be. Club is in the fucking mud right now.
Do we fuck. Chelsea were able to spend what they wanted with impunity, then they pull the drawbridge up when we get bought. Barcelona 1.3bil in debt. Chelsea spent 600mil in 12 months. PSG wage bill 728mil euros a year in a 1 team league, but they’re chairman’s in bed with UEFA.

So we are not catching Arsenal now. No wonder Pep has been tetchy. Fuck me, I've had a shit week of covid now this. Shit never ends.

I do wonder why we’re the club being concentrated on. I can only assume some of the dodgy dealings - that no doubt have happened at other clubs (fuck me, look at Chelsea now!) and no doubt inside the FA over the years - are being investigated too?

Are they fuck.

The hacked documents and the previous breaches outlined by UEFA but time-barred by CAS told everyone there were bodies buried in our garden.

Sure, the neighbours might have some, but no one knows if they do or not, so they've got no cause to investigate it.
