You obviously don't know the guidelines for false accounting and disingenuous auditing.

An internal auditor is normally outsourced and they find different things when you change them, it isn't fool proof.

Also audited by PL auditors - why would they be disingenuous? If I give an accountant a load of receipts and miss out all cash payments he wouldn't have a clue, hence the disclaimer.
