PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Everton failed the Premier league FFP. United failed European FFP.

We were originally charged with failing UEFA FFP before being charged by our PL. Can we expect the PL to now charge United, since both sets of FFP rules are based on similar principles?

It’s clear Everton have broken more than one rule but it’s listed as an ffp charge
Whereas with us they have tried to hit us with as much as possible as they know most won’t stick as it’s just set accountancy issues.

I fully expect chelsea to be done next as they have failed by a big distance and united to follow as the prem rules say you can’t fail uefa FFP…..which they did

Why would you expect former players to be experts on footballs financial rules? Most of these guys left school at 16 to be footballers and played more football even then than studying.

We haven't been charged, the premier league have made allegations of 115 counts of the rules being broken which are now in the process of being dealt with once done the 5-6 breaches that they may find they have against us we will be then charged for.

Respectfully, this is incorrect. The PL has passed 115 alleged rule breaches to their adjudication arm.

These are the charges that will be adjudicated, there will not be an update of a reduced ‘charging sheet’.

The next step will simply be to convene a tribunal and hear these charges, later rather than sooner as neither party wants a quick resolution to this.
