The first two fail online stories not about Everton but about us being relegated now. Fucking unbelievable, well it's not really is it?
But how can you prove that? You can't.
You can't but they can argue it could have given them an unfair advantage.
I don't see why they have a claim against Everton at all. It's not Everton's job to apply the rules, it's the PL's. Any damages they have incurred are due to the PL not acting quickly enough.
They wouldn't know as I doubt their finances are scrutinised weekly.

Exactly, it's the competition we bring and the success achieved at the heart of the distress to all of our dissenters
I think this will galvanise Everton and their fans like it did with City. You can be sure LFC Directors have been pushing this behind the scenes with Masters just like they tried to block the new stadium with Liverpool Council.
