PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

They new it would take years to get an outcome and the media every month could write an article about it and every media outlet can praise us then at the end say but.. 115

Just hope when we are cleared Khaldoon will go to town on the media and certain clubs..
Doubt Khaldoon will be bothered with small minded revenge. His mantra is onwards & upwards in continuing to make us uncatchable as the best club in the world.
We just swat away the malaria carrying insects & they die

Every succesful club are hated by many , Bayern,Real , Barca , Juventus , PSG and other clubs who dominate their domestic leagues are hated by their competitors , we are hated because of our success in England , the Rags and Dippers were despised by many when they dominated included ourselves, we loved nothing more than stuffing the Rags on derby day.
Success breeds contempt , but the hate for our club has reached new heights , when certain clubs can force the league administrators to bring charges for off the field issues, it really is a sign of desperation and a last throw of the dice.
Our club is the best run club in the world from Sheik Mansour down to the tea lady , we have the best manager , players , facilities in the world and we cannot be beaten on or off the pitch , its been proven over the last decade or more.
We will not get the recognition we deserve because the all powerful red'istree clubs dont want us to , but probably well past my sell by date we will in years to come , in a decade or more we could be considered alongside the 'istree clubs , but that's not why i started supporting City , i am not interested in being the biggest , only the BEST.

The likes of Liverpool and United can’t compete with City on the pitch, they don’t have the business acumen to mirror what City do with their academy which is a huge revenue stream. They don’t have the ideas to create multiple clubs across the globe aligned with each other to grow a brand globally. They don’t have ideas such as building the biggest arena in Europe to turn the Etihad campus into a seven day a week destination.

They are lazy and incompetent which is why both clubs are saddled with debt and both owners would listen to offers if the right money was put on the table. City have broken them and their last desperate attempt to get one up is to have City erased from the playing board. It’s no coincidence that both these clubs were architects of the super league so they could ramp up their influence over top level football even further.

Which begs the question, why did the PL hand out these charges so willy nilly.
Surely they didn't think we'd just say "ok guv, it's a fair cop".
The PL's stance on all this makes no sense to me

Yep, exactly. The club is adamant there is nothing wrong at all. But the PL also must think to some extent they have a case. Otherwise we wouldn't be here.

They had 4 years, to come out of this, and could have used the cas outcome as proof if nothing else, given uefa's threshold is a lot higher than the PL's. They chose to spend those 4 years sticking as much on as they could find. That is not just some parade set up to fail. They will think something will stick. Time will tell who is right.

They have fucked it with this Everton decision. It makes no sense, you failed FFP by 20 million so we'll relegate you in the middle of a half a billion stadium development and send your 100+ year old institution bust.

Its a load of bullshit, the Government need to step in and wipe the boards and setup an independent regulator.

The current PL clowns are currently fucking up the UKs biggest cultural export to the world at the behest of a few yank owners who want a closed shop like the NFL to line their dirty pockets.

Funny coincide isn't it that the 2 main clubs being heavily persued by the Premier League and getting panned in the media (Everton and City) just happen to be the city rivals of the two red clubs who have historically demanded all the power and money in England. Also, those two blue clubs have middle eastern owners and the red clubs have american owners......

They were obliged to start an investigation once UEFA did as the two regulations are linked. I suspect fear of losing their honey pot with pressure from the other PL clubs and a potential independent panel drove the 115 charges.

By the same logic, once the cas case was concluded, that should have been enough to close their investigation. I'm not buying it. They are not blameless in this.
