PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

The fact that the number of charges and breaches originally published is wrong speaks volumes. When added to the other fact that members of the press were briefed before the club, it should not be difficult to once again demonstrate that the investigation has been riddled with prejudice. Such procedural carelessness can be very costly to any case brought against the club.

Needless to say the owners will do their level best to get legal team to fight it and will throw a lot of money at it. How Corbyn can be brought into this argument I have no idea. All I am saying is if the owners were white, this would not be happening.

It keeps the narrative going that we are cheats fiddling the books. During that time they try and taint all our success and turn other fans against us. Death by 1,000 cuts the Chinese call it. It's been quite successful, talk to any other football fan and they mention it almost everytime.

This is shit or bust time. We've dealt with EUFA, now it time to crush the other cockroaches. If we do then we need to really go after them.

Exclusion is a no go. We have enough following now in the overseas market that they wouldnt want to damage the 'brand' or viewership. I think the same goes for stripping titles, it would be such a blow to the 'product'.

IF we are guilty of anything it will be point deductions, fines and transfer embargoes of future seasons i would expect. This would shackle us and allow the red teams a crack at bringing back the old top 4.
