PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

We ain't getting any outcome for at least two years! Every time though some team breaks ffp we will be the ones who be at the top of all the media outlets and back pages!

Because we’re the biggest and most successful club in the country. We’re on everyone’s minds, we’ve broken the red cunts.

City refused the requests as they deemed the information company confidential and didn’t want it getting into the hands of rivals int rhsmae business They went to the High Court for an injunction which was refused at the time none of this was in the public realm however the judge decided the decision should be made public which City supported by the PL appealed however the appeal was dismissed City then cooperated and send the information I’m guessing but I’m sure they have absolutely bombared the PL with 1000s of documents

If it were an 'independent commission' that has decided to dock Everton 10points for their transgressions (which appears excessive and unfair on the face of it). What gives us confidence that we will be treated fairly by a similar process? Is it as simple as Everton were obviously and factually guilty of breaches whilst the burden of proof in our favour makes it very difficult for the commission to find us guilty?

Have to say that the Everton ruling has made me less confident that this will be a fair process.

If you look into Everton wrong doing you can see why they've been docked the points

Unless the Premier League have new evidence the 115 charges is simply the PL mud slinging on behalf of the history clubs. The charges are a last throw of the dice intended to do as much harm to City as possible. City have already been tried in the circus that is the court of public opinion. No facts. Just thoughts based on repeated soundbites and waffle talk in the media. Opposing fans from the red cartel etc will always want to think we cheated. That's the narrative that gives them some solace when their teams are not good enough on the pitch. City have been under close scrutiny more or less since the takeover. As a rule we don't tend to fuck up. That's why I think we will be ok as long as the tribunal is truly independent. We will no doubt find out in good time. In the meantime, I am going to avoid listening to the demented mob who are looking for City's blood.

Whatever happens we will be seen as cheats as that’s the comfort blanket rags and dippers have to hide why their clubs aren’t run as well as ours. The dirty tricks they have played to try and destroy the club should be met with dirty tricks back. If it means Mansour telling the foreign secretary they won’t get £10 billion investment into the U.K. if this isn’t put to bed, then so be it.
It's not lost on me that after UEFA stiffed is in 2013, within 12 months the heads of UEFA & FIFA were arrested for corruption.

You don't fuck about with Royalty who have the President of America & the PM & head of state of the UK & other world leaders on speed dial.

Football maybe our multi-Billion pound national sport, but big money investment talks. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The everton ruling couldnt have less to do with our case and i dont know how many times it has been said on here or the fact that the red media are trying to link the case.

Everton failed ffp, it wasnt a question, the numbers were there and they openly admitted that to be the case, there was mitigating circumstances but the numbers are the numbers and that's why they got done.

What we are being accused of is fraudulent accounting, the numbers arent there and the pl have to produce solid evidence that this was the case, as of yet all they have done is produce speculative and spurious evidence which combined with the frothing red media and its appeal to idiot fans has built it into something that it clearly isnt. If they had compelling evidence to suggest fraudulent accounting this would be a criminal not a civil case and the fact that they have yet to produce anything of the sort will tell you that this is nothing more than a fishing expedition designed by the pl to suggest they can keep their own house in order so the independent regulators dont take their toys away because when and if that happens their will be alot of people with alot of skeletons absolutely terrified.

I hear lots of stuff about us being relegated to the National League, or the North West Counties or Northern Prem, but I'm not sure how this can happen.
The PL can deduct sufficient points to relegate us (unless there is a maximum penalty) but once relegated we start in the Championship. There is no mechanism to relegate us further unless the PL actual expel us and the EFL refuse to accept us. It would have been a different matter had the FA brought the charges.
