Have we won yet another trophy the "Whataboutery Shield" ?
We ain't getting any outcome for at least two years! Every time though some team breaks ffp we will be the ones who be at the top of all the media outlets and back pages!
Yeah, beat Everton in the finalHave we won yet another trophy the "Whataboutery Shield" ?
You need some full stops in your postings!City refused the requests as they deemed the information company confidential and didn’t want it getting into the hands of rivals int rhsmae business They went to the High Court for an injunction which was refused at the time none of this was in the public realm however the judge decided the decision should be made public which City supported by the PL appealed however the appeal was dismissed City then cooperated and send the information I’m guessing but I’m sure they have absolutely bombared the PL with 1000s of documents
If it were an 'independent commission' that has decided to dock Everton 10points for their transgressions (which appears excessive and unfair on the face of it). What gives us confidence that we will be treated fairly by a similar process? Is it as simple as Everton were obviously and factually guilty of breaches whilst the burden of proof in our favour makes it very difficult for the commission to find us guilty?
Have to say that the Everton ruling has made me less confident that this will be a fair process.
It's not lost on me that after UEFA stiffed is in 2013, within 12 months the heads of UEFA & FIFA were arrested for corruption.Whatever happens we will be seen as cheats as that’s the comfort blanket rags and dippers have to hide why their clubs aren’t run as well as ours. The dirty tricks they have played to try and destroy the club should be met with dirty tricks back. If it means Mansour telling the foreign secretary they won’t get £10 billion investment into the U.K. if this isn’t put to bed, then so be it.
I stand corrected ;)Trafford not Salford
The everton ruling couldnt have less to do with our case and i dont know how many times it has been said on here or the fact that the red media are trying to link the case.If it were an 'independent commission' that has decided to dock Everton 10points for their transgressions (which appears excessive and unfair on the face of it).
