I saw you’d said they rejected that as a punishment, however, they have coincidentally given the exact same punishment. That approach was rejected by the IC. And neither the City case nor the Chelsea off book case is a P&S case. It has a P&S issue (in City's case) but it is a consequence of the main allegations.
Even better, the illegal equivalent.
The Telegraph worth 1.2 billion?
Really?
We would have to be aware of that when signing. You can't just amend a contract after it's been signedWhat would Stefan say if the PL argued that contractually the member clubs had waive limitation as a defence by signing up to the PL rules which specifically excluded time
barring? Would that stick for the PL and against us?
I’d draw the line on this penalty:If the PL start to allow clubs to sue Everton for lost income, PL table position, relegation etc it will turn into a massive shit show. Where do they draw the line on penalties? Everton could feasibly go under from constant litigation and counter claims, potential lost sponsorships etc etc
That is a good question and doesn’t Der Spiegel claim that City wired the money for the Al Jaz salary to ADUG Who would send it to Al Jaz? That would make absolutely no sense and would surely have been pounced on by BDO.
I’d draw the line on this penalty:
