PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

TBF mate there is one fucking idiot on here who has presented the most unlikely scenario that City are coming out of this smelling of roses before the season end and with the help of our friends from down the East Lancs. And others.
YCMIU.

But heard he's out with his little ITK a week tonight. Can't wait for him to post more mad shit.

NB Keep the faith we've got this.
There's a *LOT* riding on this.

You better not let us down!!!

I’m sure this question has been asked before but, if UEFA led by Gill and Parry et al could find us guilty of ‘cooking the books’ in their internal UEFA panel / procedure - when in actual fact they had no evidence whatsoever when they arrived as CAS - whats to stop the PL doing the same - with Gill once again in the thick of it. And why did no one at UEFA ask the question as to why they were made to look such dicks in front of CAS. Any competent or honest organisation would have reviewed its processes and procedures after that shambles. The concern here is we have no right of appeal and no genuinely independent arbitrator In the PL case.
Don’t forget the CAS verdict was 2-1. It wasn’t unanimous.

The Premier league are already regretting the panel's decision to deduct Everton ten points and the fall out that will cause with several clubs claiming compensation , if they took points from us the compensation claims would increase ten fold.
They have no choice but to change the punishment and fine Everton with a possible transfer ban , if they do not ,the shit will hit the fan and the litigation will go on for years ,the Premier league have shot themselves in the foot just to appease two arrogant , self entitled , greedy bastard football clubs. If Master's and his cronies dont buck their ideas up , the Premier league in its current guise is f*cked and a European Super League will be on the agenda again.
You may well be right but be interested to know what your evidence is for this

Whatever the circumstances surrounding the Everton breach, ten point deduction is IMO way over the top for a 20M overspend spread over three years.
Wouldn't be surprised if the points deduction was reduced to say three or even overturned and a transfer ban imposed.
If not the PL could become a litigation zone with titles/relegation decided by panels and lawyers.

With so many American owners of PL clubs, the European Super League franchise has never been OFF the agenda. IMHO it will happen, the only issue is when.

The amount of corruption in the game will ensure the Premier League clubs will go for it.

It will be like turkeys voting for Christmas and the fans will have no say in the matter.
