Burham should be on his soap box 24 7 saying how our owner has transformed the city. He should be championing our cause every fucking day.
Nobody can say much whilst the process is ongoing. Well, nothing that has any substance as there is no information to base it on.
It seems slightly ironic that you’ve decided to call Burnham out in the Bluemoon forum part of the site, when you’re one of the most vociferous in telling people to make their political rants in the relevant forum.
He could say what you want him to say everyday and we’d still be called cheats. It’s not going away. Ever.
I'm happy to be proven wrong, but has the mayor of Manchester been as vocal at any point regarding City's treatment?
I get that he's a Scouser but a hugely successful football team in the city which he governs over is a big thing (massive, some might say).
My next sentence covers that?People haven’t stopped talking about us.
Would you advocate elected people commenting on live cases?Poor judgement by Burnham, given where his professional duties lie, and his silence (I think) on the subject of City, the 115 charges, and the benefit the club brings to the area within which he is elected.
How they can prove Everton benefitted and did better with the players they signed compared to them not buying is pure speculation.
By that logic the Rags should have completed the Treble.
Money obsessed the PL and make it up as they go along.
As I see it the charges are dropped otherwise this ends up in the criminal courts accused of fraudulent accounting.I actually think he’s done us a favour here. Can’t accuse PL of abuse of process in our case until the process is complete.
He’s highlighted another major problem with the whole FFP thing, and gives us another argument we can use if we’re found guilty and punished, and potentially gives us grounds for an appeal if he succeeds. If I remember rightly we can appeal to the courts if we can show that there is a fault with the process itself.
Everton remains a live case given they have stated an intention to appeal.Would you advocate elected people commenting on live cases?
My next sentence covers that?
People in England always want to knock whoever is successful off their perch. Labelling us as cheats allows them to cope with their teams being shite.
The verdict has been reached. It can be discussed without prejudicing the case.Everton remains a live case given they have stated an intention to appeal.
