PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I was referring mainly to the re-development of East Manchester that has been largely unheralded by much of England. As for the football like you said even the red shirts begrudgingly appreciate it.
Not just unheralded but actually cast in a negative light:

 
Profit and sustainability is just the term for PL FFP, and one of the terms is disclosing all remuneration paid to staff including bonuses.

So Mancini's Al Jazira seminar bonus would break that if it could be proven to be a form of City paying him.
How could a contract with Al Jazeera that pre dates his involvement with City, be of any concern of ours?
