PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

That's not correct. Clubs have to apply for their UEFA licence, and there are specific rules in the PL Handbook referring to this. This won't have affected Everton in recent seasons.

There is a specific PL rule that says clubs must comply with UEFA FFP rules, and we have been charged with five instances of breaking that PL rule. This is ironic, because we haven't been proven to have broken their rules (CAS), yet the club that has broken UEFA FFP (United) had not been charged by the PL. The PL has said it is investigating Chelsea though.
It seems that the PL are willing to charge us when the UEFA case failed. Clubs who have been found “guilty” by UEFA have not subsequently been charged by the FA. Is this their policy or is City a special case? I think we should be told.

One of the newspapers said that Mancini was in the stadium, the journalist who made the allegation was forced by City to apologise which was printed in the rag
Beasley was his name. He stated it on Sunday Supplement (SKY)

If the kangaroo Court finds us guilty of any charges ,do they really think that's the end of the war. The counter offensive will be devestating. Their lies ,predjustaces and corrupt dealings will be exposed to the world. Of course if they have been nothing but honest they have nothing to be worried about. Honest ! ha ha, be afraid Karma is a wonderful thing.
We’ll blow that kangaroo court with our 5k/hour didgeridoo.

Everyone who is interested can find the information https://www.premierleague.com/about/governance

These include the power to issue fines of up to £100,000, the power to agree sanctions and, where appropriate, to refer the breach to a commission. In 2019, the League moved to an entirely independent Judicial Panel, appointed by an independent Chair (Murray Rosen KC). It is from this Judicial Panel that the Chair selects individuals with relevant experience and expertise to sit on commissions. Where a commission is appointed, it has extremely wide sanctioning powers, including the power to impose significant fines and sporting sanctions.
Remarkable coincidence that was just after the Der Speigel hacks.Might be wrong but I don't think the PL did any investigations until 2020 as they were waiting for the CAS verdict to hopefully for them inflict further sanctions. I seem to remember Tebas tweeting something to warn us about stuff not timebarred in the PL rules.
As if we didn't know there's a massive collaboration behind the scenes to do us but we have some serious collateral steering the ship who I hope would obliterate any under hand dealings at origin.
