PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

That Premier League statement comes across extremely arrogant, doesn't look professional at all. They say both clubs agree to a breach in the rules and then Everton put out a statement that basically says 'no, most of this charge is being appealed under the previously charge'.

It's complete amateur hour and not a good look on the league at all.
This is something else that makes me feel we are going to be fine, every single action they seem to take is riddled with inaccuracy and challenges. They really don't think they have a clue what they are doing.

And there you have it.

Aided by the Yank Red Shirts clubs.

This is clearly the Premier League looking to stave off the cause nationally for an independent regulator in football and show that they can regulate and govern the game accordingly.

Forest and Everton fans are complaining that we haven’t been punished, but the “rules” that made us face charges were historical and unclear. Forest and Everton had time to get their heads around the rules, and broke them. We might or might not be found guilty, but they have no excuse
Do you think these charges would have happened was it not for the need to set a precedent
