PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

The downside of that is, in most appeals you can only present what was handed over in the first place, and not new evidence. Which is one of the reasons I wouldn't think the club would withold anything that they thought would outright clear the investigation.

This isn't an appeal, though. It's a de novo review of evidence that the two parties have to provide to the IP once the alleged breaches are passed down to them.

I am imagining the PL seeing the club's list of external evidence and thinking: "we are fucked here."

I have been known to be wrong, though. :)

Jordan is typical of the bore who pores over a thesaurus, picks out a “new” word, then tries to dazzle everyone with his lexicon.

Except, he regularly, predictably (and quite amusingly) exposes himself as a lightly-read, shallow dullard by using the wrong word, the wrong pronunciation or a spoonerism that he’s completely unaware he’s made.

“The ascetics of my previous house were quite beautiful .”

No Simon. The aesthetics were.

Parry on talksport talks like he is a dictator wants to control everything no one asks how did football last for over 120 years without interference by people like him!?
Football governance would be infinitely better off were Parry to sail off into the sunset and ne'er return.
