I hope he brought up the UAE’s relationship with Russia, which is no help to us. They are not part of the sanctions regime, the UAE Dirham is used in trade between India, China and Russia, UEA buys Russian crude, refines it for its own use and then sells its own oil products to us.

Haha, if ever we need an example of blind loyalty there we go. You would have to think less of people at the club if they have gone out of their way to fiddle the books, we know the reasons why we might have done it and there will be leeway. We should feel disappointed that the club has lied to us as a minimum though. The whataboutery gave me a chuckle too. Our creative accounting will have been more than others, because of their goalpost change we will have had to close the financial gap as much as possible, a lot more than others.

We can agree on one thing though, just wanting it over. I am hopeful the club have told the truth to us along the way.

Similar to the rest of the media pile ons, tone can be massively influenced in whichever direction you wish with a little hidden ‘if’.

IMHO I think Ziegler is right - it will be alot sooner than that (end of Jan - maybe) as the 3 man panel will have worked out already it's a load of bollox and just a load of hacked emails spodged together to desperately try and make it look like something else. No it doesn't, although I imagine the panel members have a pretty good idea what they think. Next they have to deliberate together for a while, then write a 500 page reasoning before any announcement. The two parties will get an embargoed copy of the judgment for review before it is announced, but no-one else should know anything until it is made public.

At least three months I imagine. The APT reasoning took three months and that was just 190 pages ......

I think being proven not guilty is the best result for the pl. It will give the cartel more excuses to say we bought the IC of. So giving lots more years for us to still be in the witchhunt.

Not going to say I necessarily agree 100% but regarding Ziegler, as much as he's a slap-headed shit-stirring **** he often gets the inside track. People call him a KFA on here but it was he who broke the story about Liverpool hacking our scouting database. Now if he's saying end of January that's miles sooner than many have predicted, even those legal eagles on here, and I do wonder if he's had a steer from somewhere. It could even be City who have told him that ;)

If the PL had irrefutable proof it would have been leaked to every media outlet going. Leak like sieve when it’s in their favour.
