I know I know, these seem like genuine documents but I'm not sure what they're actually telling us.

Old documents that very much present questions City will have had to answer for many years and at the hearing. And almost certainly real documents. If they are proven to mean what some infer they mean, it would likely mean everybody who was a witness at CAS outright lied under oath about funding.

In short, City must have answers to these documents as they will need to in respect of others. That is why there is a 10-12 week hearing.

Thanks, these weren't used by UEFA at CAS or during their investigation?

Like you say, answers to these must come under the umbrella of a "comprehensive body of irrefutable evidence"!

H.H has been involved in larger court cases without showing up, same with other prominent members of UAE royal family's.

If things havent gone well in the case then I would imagine SM will be distancing himself away from the case as far as possible.

That surely has to be a ridiculous notion that everybody lied under oath at the cas hearing?

Based on his string of posts in his latest Twitter thread, Tolmie seems to not understand how FFP/PSR works.

Makes me slightly worried that everybody is hanging on his words around how the 115 case is going.
