PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Not Mancini’s contract again ffs. This is the least likely charge to stick. The rules at the time stated you only need a contract with the manager which we did. That's it. There was nothing in the rules at the time stating full renumeration was required or he couldn't have a second contract with a different associated or even related party. Nothing illegal was done and nothing was concealed either so statute of limitations will apply as well. Basically a load of old bollocks. So just ignore the Mancini stuff If I were you and concentrate on the other things
Thanks for your advice BB,u do know my comment was in reply to someone else ?

If Jordan has heard that City are not confident, then he has heard it from someone. He must believe that the information he has heard has credibility, because he has aired it on a National radio station.
If he has not made it up then he has the "knowledge" of what that person has told him
Personally I don't believe a word Jordan says. He believes and wants other people to believe he is intelligent and in the "know"
I have listened to his bull over many years, many times he is completely wrong, has to backtrap or deny he has actually said something that is totally erroneous.
Ian Cheeseman does not like this post. ;)

99% of the football community sees Manchester City as guilty, The other 1% know the truth, Guilty by Social Media is a powerful tool, How can you win against those odds, Even when you have been cleared by CAS guilty by social media can never be overturned.

Waving that little bit of paper saying we are NOT Guilty and innocent of any wrongdoings will mean fuck all because the damage is set in stone,

Let them who is without sin cast the first stone.
Only those who are faultless have the right to pass judgment upon others

Up steps United Liverpool Arsenal Chelsea, in front of the queue with a stone in hand
Rather than wave a piece of paper how about serving writs on EVERY one of the media outlets that have happily tarnished our name.

He has just heard gossip from one of his pals at one of City's rival clubs. A small group of PL Directors have been spreading poison about City to anyone in the media who will listen for the last decade. It is designed to undermine our brand and our reputation.
This...

If we are genuinely found guilty, I'll be extemely disappointed in the club. I've always felt the club was operated correctly.

Did we use money to get to where we are? Yes, it played a big part but also because the club had made good decisions with that money. If we find out we broke so many rules along the way, that would be shameful.

Let's be honest, if this was United, we would be tearing into them non-stop. So we can't really expect to be call anything other than cheaters if we are guilty, because we would do exactly the same, let's not pretend otherwise

Not sure how I'll feel about supporting any longer if it emerges we won that we did while not playing by the rules.
I cannot be disappointed with the club when the rules were clearly constructed to try and stop us.

The cartel were coming for us regardless, I think our owners have done their best to fight for us and if they made a mistake on the way so be it.

In comparison to the clowns that used to run our club in years gone by, I will forgive them.

If we turn on the owners then the red cartel really has won and we are finished as a serious force.

This information was aired on the same national radio station, so may also carry some credibility?

Or, both Jordan and Goldstein are tabloid radio know-nowts, happy to say anything for attention.

Quote from the book I'm currently reading.

'My god ... One hundred and fifteen -'
'Exactly. This has got to change everything. They can't stand on the sidelines now.'

Him saying he’s heard something is staged to entice punters to call in either dippers celebrating with their dicks out or blues kicking off.

An average intelligence 9 year old could see through it.

Simon Jordan hates Manchester City. So guess what, he’ll be receptive to anything negative he hears irrespective of its veracity. It’s called confirmation bias. We all do it.

The Manchester United mascot, Fred the Red (Devil) attends Satanic rituals organised by the rich and famous for a fee that Scruffy Jim collects in cash.

Easy innit. The only difference is I’m a knob and Simon Jordan is a knob with a platform.
