PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Uefa chief Aleksander Ceferin sure of Man City’s FFP guilt.

Come on Manchester City this can not be right as the head of Uefa is still calling us guilty after the CAS ruling
Manchester City Grow some balls and take legal action because this should not be happening

This is now getting out of hand with everybody, Manchester City saying nothing or doing nothing just shows weakness

This is the same as that Post Office investigation wanker. 'Yes he was cleared by the Court of Appeal who found no evidence to convict him but I know he's guilty'.
Ceferin who was the Knight in shining armour getting rid of Blatter is now shown up to be just the same corrupt tosser.

We (as fans) never get a look in, All we want is for the club/owners to stand up and fight back with the biggest threat possible to the people/media that are rubbing our nose in the mud all the time, Bring them to justice take legal action ban them from the club and their reporters from all media slots we put out,

How as fans can we just sit and take shit after shit, All we want to do is shout from the rooftops how about our glory and fantastic achievements, but every time we shout we get hammered with CHEATS

I am so proud about my club, but feel I have to say nothing or face every Tom Dick or Harry slagging us off
What makes me piss when all is said and done.
Nobody, and I mean nobody where I work says owt to me,because they all know I'v been a match going fan virtually all my life, none of them, and i mean none of them have been to support their club in years, but i know they will all spout the same vitriol and shite.
The internet is a million times worse than real life, everyone can chip in with their bias and bollocks and downright lies with numbers on their side to back them up,yet few knows what its like to actually support a club .

Anyway,I was on an early and up at 5am and in work at 6, fuck em.
Up the Blues,now and always.

Exactly.

Some City fans are being easily wound up by clickbait headlines.

It was the Telegraph deliberately taking quotes out of context to shit-stir because some journalists are afraid they'll be sacked if Sheikh Mansour buys the Telegraph - that and clear Anti-Arab views.
I disagree. I have read, in full, the interview he gave. He states he still believes City are guilty. He has provided ammunition for all the trolls out there.
Bearing in mind the organisation he heads up this is a disgraceful statement. He even states it was an independent court that convicted us !

Ok. I found this - which they've tagged as for the year 2023 (I assume it's based on the last previous accounts).

So we're 67%, which is near Liverpool - that was the one that really threw me off in your post. This year, we might well have tons more headroom, as our income has gone up massively compared to the others. United's income was up quite a lot too, so it's likely they've come down a bit.

Chelsea- fuck knows. Their revenue is up, and they are supposed to have offloaded a lot of heavy wages, and brought in those new players on low ones, so I guess we'll find out.

Spurs have had had the biggest increase in revenue %wise, and lost Kane, so will likely be even better off.

This is post-covid. I'm pretty sure the one I vaguely remember was 22/23. Regardless, the original point I was making is I think percentages of revenue should be used to control debt, rather than arbitrary figures like £105m over three seasons.

£105m is completely different to Manchester City, than it is to Luton Town. How can that be fair on the Premier League minnows?

Lets assume that there is a Premier League club out there now who were banking on raising £30 - £30 million in transfer sales in January in order to keep on the right side of FSR. In my opinion it would be quite reasonable to have planned for this over the last few months and then. BANG.

Suddenly nobody can afford to spend and they are now in the shit. The very rules the PL are trying to introduce to protect clubs could well fuck them over and facing points deduction and relegation.

It’s a fucking mess.

The PL didn’t bring in the rules to ‘protect clubs’. They brought them in to protect the rags and get them back to the top.

For some reason they don’t want to see the league title contested between City, Chelsea and Newcastle. They want rags winning it most years with the odd Liverpool and Arsenal win so they can pretend the league is competitive.

It‘s all fucking shit. Clubs should spend what they like, especially those with rich owners. If Warren Buffet bought Luton why the fuck shouldn’t he then buy Bellingham, Kane and Neymar and pay them a million a week to do so? His money, his club. Rags are just fucking scared and gone crying to the men in suits who got rich on the back of Sky’s TV deals.

No doubt someone will say relax and ignore it and it will all be fine. But I agree, this Terry guy is almost as bad as Goldbridge, both rags(though I suspect Terry is a real United fan) who probably have no connection to Manchester/Trafford making most of their clicks from bashing City. Both taking things too far with what they are saying/putting in their video titles. They'll directly reference people like Simon Jordan and Nick Harris too and like it or not, it is a factor in the increasing level of hysteria and fume directed towards City and City fans. Some are only seeing half of the picture in that respect, ie how City fans are reacting to the onslaughts.

Just from what I watched there, before clicking off in disgust, he's taken Čeferin out of context and has suggested he's said what he has not. I don't think saying 'I'm paraphrasing here' before saying something incorrect, is much of a defence, legally, but will he be held to account? Will they take as little action as getting his video pulled, possibly resulting in a strike against his channel for misinformation? No, because the club are too soft and perhaps we as a fanbase are too laid back(I have reported that video for misinformation on two counts, title and the quote he 'paraphrased'), or at least too reasonable compared to Liverpool and United fans.. Maybe even Newcastle fans, judging by how light they are getting off, considering how many boxes their ownership ticks. I've nothing against Newcastle but it's worse, lets just tell it how it is, directly owned by a state and much worse one than the UAE from a moral standpoint.
Newcastle don't get it as much as we do because they are not the threat that we are yet.
