You must have missed my tongue being in my cheek mate :)You've failed to understand the regulation entirely, it's "is it fair for the red tops".

Yesterday, somebody paid £25k for the shirt Colin Firth wore in Price and Predjudice, is that " fair value " ? Most people would say no but the person who paid for it would disagree, "fair value" is subjective . The Premier League are making themselves a laughing stockIf the sponsor themself is happy / willing to pay whatever the amount is, surely it follows that the sponsor sees it as “fair value”?
this right here is what i was saying, its like telling someone they cant buy a ferrari because they are overpriced in the view of someone else.If the sponsor themself is happy / willing to pay whatever the amount is, surely it follows that the sponsor sees it as “fair value”?
The red tops +1. Don’t forget the + 1….You've failed to understand the regulation entirely, it's "is it fair for the red tops".
Or Antony bring valued at £80m but an unnamed club was prepared to spunk that amount on a crock of shite.Yesterday, somebody paid £25k for the shirt Colin Firth wore in Price and Predjudice, is that " fair value " ? Of course, it's strange how spuds are so easily forgotten. The red tops +1. Don’t forget the + 1….
Jeez - can almost picture his little face reading that.Without the benefit of any personal legal training I have to say I have learnt more about the legal process by reading various BM threads.
We certainly value your legal opinions as well as your other opinions on none football threads.
Keep posting Gorden (as if you needed any encouragement).
