PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Passive aggressive much. It’s alright you saying you don’t care if we spent more than allowed everyone else did but the allegations amount to fraud. If proven leaving aside the relegation that would follow police etc would be involved and then criminal proceedings striking off of directors etc
Cool.

Not going to make me want to stop supporting the club though. I don't care how the Premier League might interpret the "severity of our crimes", in my view it's an absolute bullshit notion. An investor who cannot use their own legal capital to invest in their own business because other failing businesses aren't in the same financially secure position, is not a 'crime' that I take to be one i'd be disgusted by. Do you honestly think that Shiekh Mansour and his team intentionally committed fraud?

Theft, spending despite being in debt, spending whilst using the club as collateral, bribery, blackmail and threats would be something i'd be ashamed of our owner for. But he ain't done that, has he?

I have just finished watching the TV series called The Farm with Jeremy Clarkson, and I have basically come to the conclusion that FFP is basically the same as what farmers have to put up with in there industry!! If you watch it then it’s basically Clarkson is Man City and the rest of the village and local council is the red top elites who are blocking everything he is trying to do from building a car park to a farm shop out of just pure snobbery,

"Fraud" do me a favour. We’ve unquestionably been accused of fraud over a sustained period. No other way of characterising it. And you can only commit fraud intentionally.

Wash your mouth out NOW!

If I've read it correctly, all clubs need to be licensed to play after the regulator comes in. Any club that had left the 'approved' league(s) might have difficulty getting a licence
To play in the approved league is the key point

Going back to CAS. One of the 3 Judges found City guilty. Was there a reason or reasons published for that decision?

Expect a class action filed by the Liverpool fans if City are found guilty for mental and emotional distress because Liverpool lost the PL title on 3 separate occasions because of City. :-)

After getting compensation from UEFA nothing will stop the Coach Wreckers from making another compensation claim against City.

So?

Still don't consider this "fraud" charge, especially given the context of what the PL means by 'fraud', to make me suddenly hate the club or be ashamed of being a supporter of it.
