PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I think we will all be disappointed at the wording of the results of the case I can't see it saying mcfc win all points it will probably be made to look like a draw.

In relation to the emails, I've always found it a naive or more likely deliberately misleading argument to suggest because something was mentioned in an email means it definitely played out like that.

Anyone with a basic understanding of the commercial world would understand that ideas or suggestions put in email quite frequently adapt or are changed following departmental meetings or even phone calls with key stakeholders, if that suggestion is not viable for any number of reasons. Had it played out as outlined within those emails, there would likely be a lot more evidence to support it, rather than the emails themselves.

True, but it's misleading all the same. Fans will rightly be getting excited about seeing that and thinking a decision is close, plus they'll be getting their hopes up that it's a positive decision going off the footage.

People posting things in good faith even if it turns out to be wrong is one thing and shouldn't be criticised, but posting old videos and passing them off as being very recent isn't on. Certainly not with something as important as this

Because for two years running all promoted clubs are going back down as they are restricted on spending. Forest decided to ignore these rules, look where they are now !
