I was just thinking the broadcasters and their talking heads are way too comfortable at the moment, knowing the club isn't going to do anything and probably won't even after they are cleared. A little reminder of their "responsibilities' with examples of when they have gone too far may, at least, make their lawyers think again about what is broadcast. Or maybe it wouldn't. It was just a question, really.

I think it’s a good one. My reference to South Africa was it being raised ‘left field’ when they’d believe no one would bring a charge & stops is talking about the Tiffin bird ;)

I think they can argue that they are not reporting we are guilty just reporting the charges and opinions if they said we was guilty maybe if they said we are guilty and none of the charge stuff was happen then things would be different it’s a shame such seemingly flimsy charges can give them cover but they carry weight and give the media cover

just seen this in the ofcom rules. 5.1 and 5.2 must be breached by BBC, Sky, Talksport etc on a daily occurrence.

I know. 12 medals is pushing it too, I count 1x CL, 1x UEFA Cup, 2x FA Cup and 3x League Cups and 0x PL making 7. The rest are just shite stuff. Surely there are quite a few more successful dippers down the years.
