All I can say is that my understanding is that Big K definitely knows the outcome (as does Masters and the PL board) but the two parties have agreed to delay the formal publication of the outcome at the PL's request, who will not come out of this well.

This bit is pure speculation on my part but my hypothesis is that they need time to quietly headhunt a new CEO.

That makes sense. Although I've felt for a while there might be a secret (in camera) case going on, as a result of the judgment?
