PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I don't know, I don't care and I didn't even comment on that.

I merely tried to draw your attention to the fact that the concept of a percentage chance of less than zero doesn't exist, has never existed and will never exist in the real world in this or any other dimension. Unless, I suppose, you are talking quasi-probabilities or quantum mechanics, neither of which really apply to the professional performance of Adam Lewis unless I am very much mistaken.
Fair enough, I will still stand on my point though that the chance the PL advanced without Lewis’ advice is so infintessimely small, Hawking wouldn’t have considered it possible.

The mood music lately is a pro-City narrative, and I'll take that.

Serious question as ive been away for a bit - what mood music is this? As is actual credible journalists? Or weirdos on social media?

I'm confident about my information that the PL want some sort of settlement.

@gordondaviesmoustache has talked about the use of the phrase "...will be resolved..." alluding to a settlement rather than going full speed ahead with a hearing based on a weak case.

Alberto Galassi's interview also suggests that the club feels it's on the verge of a successful outcome.

And I've always been confident and maintained these alleged breaches are very weak, and have either been rejected by CAS or considered not worth bothering with by UEFA.

It's also possible that the IC has come to the conclusion that these breaches aren't considered fraudulent and therefore outside the statutory 6- year limit under UK law.
