PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Seems to me he has a choice, he can carry on saying what he has, if he believes it to be true, and then have his day in court and defend what he has been saying. Shouldn't be an issue for him if he's confident in what he has been saying. But it seems to me he isn't overly confident.
The fact he states he can’t write what he wants for fear of it being libellous shows it’s all bullshit by the **** in the first place.
If it was true he could write what he wanted.

Just a fat scouse bitter twat.

He’s not overly intelligent either…

I still don't understand why Manchester City settled out of court.

Punishment for stuff like that should be more like relegation, Forget it was 2013 ? The Damage and the crime were committed against a fellow club in the Premier League and the book should have been thrown at them,

People should never forget that Liverpool and its fans cost the English football league clubs playing European football
How many Club like Everton and other clubs that won the cups and finished in a European place in the League
I guess it would have been hard for City to quantify how much we had lost as a direct result of the hacking. DId we know how many players they signed that we would have? Any? How much did they benefit/we lose by losing out by them having the same data as us?

Suspect it was down to a simple agreement to move on for a price...

Can’t be all KFA because a lot of known posters have shared info in good faith.

It can, if they're simply piggybacking on an initial source. Not accusing anyone on here but certain individuals love attention and publicity on social media so if they can say something which sounds plausible they don't need to worry that what they're saying is either made up or just repeating the words of someone else. So longs it's vague enough that they can worm their way out of when proved wrong.

Also with journos and presenters getting letters, Richard Keys and beIN sports received one for sure. Their tone changed drastically post March

Keys and BeIN have definitely received one? How do we know?

Define "a bit"

For homework look at:
Omar
Galassis
Jordan (gob now shut)
The Notts forest fan (gob closing)
BBC HYS (lot easier to remove negative comments, all of a sudden)
General reporting (or lack of, in msm press)
X-twit comments
Bluemoon comments
"Leaks" from club (tenuous, but fuck it!)
Pep news conferences
My own perceptions of general nuance.

When you gather all these small thread strands together it turns into a pot towel that looks to be being flicked venomously at the testicles of all our detractors. Which leads me to believe the club is on the offensive.
Obs, I could be seeing things that aren't there, but hope springs eternal, as a famous saying goes.

You slap your evidence down now, chumley!
I mean I’ve been on the other side of the world for a month so thought maybe I’d missed something but as you say, just social media nonsense.

The only thing I would say is even 1% relevant is Galassi due to his board position but unfortunately the number of people involved in the process within the club will be in the single digits and he certainly won’t be one of them so his confidence will derive from his colleagues telling him they’ve done nothing wrong.
