The mood music tells me that the PL has been told they're unlikely to make any of the charges stick at a full tribunal so they have a decision to make - Drop all of the charges or plough on with some possibly opening themselves up to possible litigation as a result of pursuing charges that have ittle chance of success.OOF!
The fact that an online rumour has this many people in the mainstream media rattled to the point of them writing an article denying it tells me this rumour actually has some legs to it.
