Erm, MCFC Limited (the company charged and that all the allegations relate to) only has NEDs - there are no execs. And almost of them have been there since 2008-2012.

So I think it’s safe to say they’d be very interested in updates on allegations of this nature especially as some are central to the allegations and all have big jobs off the MCFC board. Obviously some boards really do nothing at all but I really doubt this board has as little interest in this topic as you suggest. Really very unlikely
