PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Amsterdam was a Jacques Brell song as was My Death.

They didn't appear on any studio albums, but were performed live during 1972/1973.

You can listen to My Death on the full Official releases, of the bootlegs from Santa Monica 1972, and Hammersmith Odeon 1973. Amsterdam is on the BBC Sessions I seem to remember. Both are dark, moody songs about death and prostitution.
Yes mate, I prefer Bowie’s studio version to Brell’s. We’ll be getting a bollocking discussing this on the ‘Are rags Catholic thread’

I'm from Armagh, grew up in the 80/90s and I've never heard of this either. Might have been a thing on Manchester itself historically but united/Liverpool fans dominate both Catholic and Protestant areas in the north of Ireland. Never heard city being called the "protestant team" in my life.
Same here, Co. Armagh too and never heard of it.

That's how fucked off I am with this dragging on, I've joined the bullshit tangent conversations

Apparently the verdict is out tomorrow at 09:15, but what do I know.
A Monday would make sense.
Give the verdict to the 2 parties on Friday or Thursday to allow them to read through the verdict and get their statements ready.

Been mumblings of it being ‘imminent’.

One thing which goes against it is it’s a match day (kind of) but with it being before any potential verdict it doesn’t put the team in an awkward position whilst doing pre or post match interviews.

Pep usually gives little Easter eggs to the press when he knows something. So maybe his post match interview is worth staying up for.

I hope you’re right, but wouldn’t hold my breath.

Just be glad when this is all done.

The tribunal stated that the takeover was the 'catalyst for the consultation process' leading up to the APTs being introduced. The tribunal even heard that an unnamed executive contacted the Premier League on behalf of his club and 10 others to request that notice be given of a vote to introduce a short-term ban on related-party transactions just five days after the takeover.

When cross-examined by Manchester City's legal team over two-and-a-half years later, this senior figure openly admitted that the Newcastle buy-out 'heightened' concerns and 'encouraged the clubs to seek action'.

Tyranny of the majority……… or as the media mocked, an open democracy.

On the subject of Bowie, he has a song for every mood and occasion - my current favourite has to be station to station.

I can just imagine them in the studio “I got a new keyboard”, “yeah? What’s it do?”, “err, piano or can make a sound like a steam train…” the rest is history!

Went to the 87 concert. He was self indulgent. Played his new stuff for 90% of the gig then couldn't wait to get off. Changed my opinion of him completely. Sorry if I upset Bowie fans.

Great first side, followed him from 72 until his sad death in 16 and still haven't gotta favourite song, Changes is so appropriate.

I always think the funny thing with people telling others that religion is a load of shite and should get in the bin and you shouldnt believe in anything are exactly the same as religious people who tell you that you should believe just from the opposing viewpoint but the ideology is the same.

My take on religion is believe what you want but whatever you believe thats for you and dont try and force it on others.
It's not the same. This isn't the place, but I assure you. It's not the same.
