That was Forest though mate , He’s a complete wanker , who uses six words instead of three , always talks over people in every interview he does , I’m not surprised he doesn’t want Stefan on anymore , he fucking eats him alive for the audience to see.Because he remembers Clough and the European trophy they won when they were a top side! Mainly he says stuff for the YouTube links they do or to get people texting in!
You don’t like him do you? He’s a complete wanker , called City a “Frankenstein” club , and is of the opinion Villa are a lot bigger club than City- a club with one title win in 110 years , a club who have also been up and down the divisions including a spell in the old third division, hes just a walking 6ft penis wearing Joe 90 glasses.
Why would Jordan of Orange name us after a fictional Swiss scientist ?He’s a complete wanker , called City a “Frankenstein” club , and is of the opinion Villa are a lot bigger club than City- a club with one title win in 110 years , a club who have also been up and down the divisions including a spell in the old third division, hes just a walking 6ft penis wearing Joe 90 glasses.
So by that theory, would have Murray Rosen have seen both the charges & City's evidence before the Judicial Panel sit?
Oh dear. Do we get a day off for the funeral?Queen Anne’s dead
There was nothing foolish about taking a pinch, given what we had to lose at the time. Plus no-one could have foreseen the Der Spiegel PR disasterIt won't stop it. The media, yes, but the damage has been done amongst the public who will just latch on to it as our mega rich money men have been able to silence any criticism through the depth of Sheikh Mansour's pockets.
The damage was done when we foolishly accepted "a pinch" at CAS when we should really have settled the issue for good. All that's happened since is the matter has been allowed to fester and the chants from opposition supporters will continue for years to come.
Sorry to be so negative with this message but we all know that this will happen for a long time yet
No but possibly she might.Oh dear. Do we get a day off for the funeral?
Don't suppose she'll be too upset either wayNo but possibly she might.
You’ve been top on this thread mate.If the full final hearing is due to take place in the autumn it is extremely likely that there have been one or more preliminary hearings along the way. In particular a hearing called a pre hearing review is likely to have taken place. This hearing usually is held when all the evidence has been provided and all sides know exactly what the real issues in the case are going to be.
It is far from unusual for the judge at such a hearing to express a preliminary view, sometimes as an encouragement to the parties to settle the case. Based on what we know about the evidence and the legal hurdles the PL have to clear, it would not be surprising if the preliminary view was “you’re going to get creamed.”
In those circumstances the PL may, without actually having dropped the charges, be looking for ways to back out gracefully.
In other words, IF there is any substance in the rumours flying around I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that the optimism surrounding the club stems from that kind of hearing taking place.
It may all be complete bollocks but on the face of it the PL being told they are on a hiding to nothing and looking for an exit strategy is entirely plausible.
