PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Watching the media in general, I feel there is a clear reduction in talk about our “allegations”. Instead, perhaps, they focus on safer issues such as the goalie’s big “mistake” or Haaland’s “annoyance” at being subbed.
Is it coincidence? Am i imagining it???
Especially when his annoyance was with the ref

Correct, it's a free kick anywhere else on the pitch and probably a booking.

That's the only way to look at it. If it happened in midfield, for example, the player arriving late and clattering into the player who played the ball would be penalised with a direct free-kick. In the box, it's a penalty. Surprised we got it, though.

There is no time bar
It's been discussed many times on here. Under UK law, which the PL have to follow, there is a 6-year limitation period unless there's evidence of fraud.

It's quite possible that the IC have looked at the evidence and ruled out the possibility of fraud. That would almost certainly mean that only transactions in the 2016/17 and 2017/18 financial years could be considered. That would completely rule out the Mancini contract and the Fordham image rights stuff.

The only thing they could consider is 2 years of the Etihad sponsorship, and they're going nowhere with that.

Made even less likely with Etihad going public and opening the books for scrutiny.
Edit you would also have to assume the non co operation charge would fail as you can't be charged with not co operating with an investigation that has no basis in law.

Your logic aside, there is no proof whatsoever that there have been any warnings or letters sent, so there can't be proof that City have been cleares.
So where'd the (multiple) rumours come from?
Why the sudden and drastic change in tone surrounding the club (Goldbridges comments)?
Why no mention of "115" from the usual suspects this week (Spitty, Neville etc)?

The key issue isn't about whether City have been cleared or not, but clearly something HAS occured that has put City in a boistrous mood about the whole affair. Kind of odd that everything has occured within the space of a few days of each other.

Letters went out very recently. That was after the verbal warnings.

Absolutely real, as is it being done from a position of strength.

The simple answer to the Question is, Would Salah/Liverpool, Rashford/United, Saka/Arsenal get the pen, Fucking right they would, ( It's Modern Day Football ) The Wolves player was late and put Gvardiol in danger of a injury
Also contact is not a pre requisite for putting a player in danger and giving a foul because a player is entitled to pull away to avoid potential injury. Who would argue the eventual contact on Gvardiol did not affect his ability to keep the ball down on target?

I believe you. But there is no 'proof' available or ou there that people are referring to, or anything official that can be claimed in the way it has been, as proof we have been cleared.
