So you have spoken to someone on the actual panel who has just told you the decision? Sorry but I do find that a little hard to believe.

So are you saying PB is wrong because NOBODY knows the outcome - OR (which is much worse) he’s wrong because we have been found guilty

I'm the opposite tbh. For about 18 months after the charges were first announced, it was on my mind a lot and I was pretty stressed thinking about the possible outcome and ramifications. It's dragged on so long now that I find myself less arsed these days. Partly fatigued by it all, partly because of all the soft signals from the club. Even in the very worst case scenario, I'd just think fuck it and carry on supporting the club regardless, as I have my whole life. Nothing would detract from the memories of the treble, Centurions season etc.

Don't take this the wrong way but the top top top is surely kaldoon and higher.
I doubt they have been whispering in your ear who basically is the guy who talks port get on every now and again.

If you have a high level of confidence that it isn't true based on multiple high level sources, where you able to deduce anything from the information or lack of information they shared, or was it just a blanket 'we know nothing'

He said he had information from the very top, I assumed that to be from the top of the information tree, not second hand information. Any information from elsewhere is surely second hand and isn't from the very top imho.

Maybe I have just interpreted the words "from the very top of the food chain" incorrectly?

Really ? Lol. So its not the very top, it's second hand? I'm sorry but when someone cuts in and says someone else is wrong but provides no evidence apart from a very definite statement. They are putting themselves in the firing line for further queries are they not?

Out of interest where would you say the very top of the information tree is on this subject?

I'd made my peace with it, but I can't lie the delay from the hearing finishing in December (6/12/24) to now is starting to get to me.

I've heard (and read) Stefan et al tell us how it takes ages to write these things up a million times, and I understand it....but it's been 31 weeks. It'd be great to have an initial decision at least before the start of the season.

Having said that, once the season starts this stuff will be in the back of my mind again. I'd probably forget about it completely if I didn't see this thread at the top of the forum most days.

They have to do everything by the book so when they get to the decision isn’t it supposed to be released to everyone as well?
