PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I know this is old news now, but have we ever had an explanation for why the 2013 illegal data access by Liverpool was deemed too old to investigate by the PL but several of our charges predate that and finished before 2013?

Is that likely to come up at the hearing?

Because city and the dippers settled the case financially. To the masses and media that is perfectly acceptable, however if we try to settle our case financially it will be deemed bribery and corrupt by the same audience

And if they'd given that as a reason I'd have accepted it, but they said it was because of the age of the accusation.

AFAIK the Liverpool-City settlement has no impact on the PL or FA.

Wouldn't suit us for it to be heard both parties likely to be in trouble us for breaches of the Data protection act in so much that our sloppy procedure allowed personally identifiable information to be accessed.
