Not a legal expert obviously, but surely that's contentious too?
City have submitted all the financial documents/records they are required to by the PL... if the PL are now saying there's something wrong, then it's up to them to prove it, I just don't see how City are legally required to supply anything more than they have?!

We also need to remember that the PL charged Everton for this too, and the IC threw it out

Cease and desist is not something you use to stop fair comment there are some basics of free speech, it will never stop the discussion of 115 but will stop the cheat narrative that was sneaking in to some news outlets

If Project River’s tease about non-cooperation a few weeks ago, which turned out to be about Forest rather than us, was accurate the Premier League were arguing that presenting documents not in their preferred format and insufficiently cross referenced amounted were worthy of being penalised. Talk Shite (Iknow, I know, I shouldn't) have just run a Scouse Kloppo love in, inviting comments from LFC fans on weather Kloppo is a PL legend or not.

Thank you for an excellent summary. On Fordham, it should be noted that we negotiated with HMRC and were effectively cleared with no extra tax being levied. About six clubs were given tax levies, I am not sure whether those cases are still being argued about or whether they have paid the extra tax. None of those clubs have been charged by the PL.

I wasn't aware of that but I am not surprised. Our guys won't sneeze without getting legal and tax clearance.
