While I'm sure that there will be a lot of talk along those lines if we're cleared, I do believe that most of the noise will die down over time. I appreciate that it doesn't feel like at that moment as it seems every fucker is having a pop at us but this is exactly what happened after the CAS verdict - most of the shit quickly died down after that, and only reared its head again when the PL came out with that announcement in February last year.
It’s very damaging what the Premier League has allowed to happen and how it has acted. They are painted into a corner with no good solution for them, what they have got their lackies in the media to whip up will lead to uproar amongst the knuckle dragging numpties who want us relegated because they can’t hack their teams aren’t successful anymore. Anything deemed other than City being guilty will cause huge fall out.
The UEFA case lasted 5 months from City banned from the champions league to it being chucked out. This will go on for nearly two years of accusations of wrong doing being amplified by the media.
