You could say that about everyone who has written and spoken about City being 115 cheats. A lot of clueless people and fans of other clubs have done that. And will carry on doing that regardless of which way the final decision goes.

Nobody knows. It's the same as the emails UEFA based their charges on. Everyone thought they were clear, but when the other side was presented it wasn't so clear after all.

Personally, I trust the club's irrefutable evidence statement. They have a track record, after all.

I do not see a world where the PL loses this case unless a plausible explanation for these emails’ existence is provided that does not involve the arrangements taking place.

This guy has clearly spent time with the CAS report, and I don't understand why he can't see that City will obviously be providing a plausible explanation as they did for the Etihad deal. Or that those people don't turn up again, knowing that the whole email cache was in the dump, and make relevant parts of their own audited books available.

He is a chartered accountant writing about complex legal stuff...did a good job to con me that he was law student in the US. Looks like it is just a lot of Googling instead.
