PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I've just put sky spors news on, just to see the hysteria.

What. The. Actual. Fuck.

Liverpool fan Vicky Gormlessall was wetting her pants because clarence the crossed eyed lion solekhol was saying some titles may go to other clubs.

I mean the only thing missing are pitch forks and the deliverence tune playing out, the witch hunt is off the scale.

And fuck you sky sports, they are absolutely in their element with this.

I think i'm beginning to see the sub plot to all this. We got the five wanker clubs who want us kicked out.

Am i right in saying all american owned, apart from spurs? I mean fuckin spurs, are they the kid at the back of the fight bouncing up and down screaming come on? That made me laugh.

Not one person in the media has joined the dots together with these cunts. They have called this on. 100%. Americans hating muslims, it's in their DNA.

I really hope we bring everyone down if we get shafted.

People living in glasshouses shouldn't throw stones.
I keep saying this... the big threat to football is American investment... not Middle Eastern.
Sadly, the media and clubs not (yet) owned my Yanks seem ignorant to the danger they are... just look at Boehly's comments recently and the attempt to create a Super League with no relegation.
Even Gary Neville said: "

"American investment funds are a greater risk to English football than nation states – they want to change the fabric of our game"

...and yet the silence is deafening - why? Well we know what nationality Liverpool and United's owners are!

Apologies if this has already been covered.

I have worked for the same highly profitable large corporation business in a senior management role for the last 38 years.

Businesses don't make decisions or decide courses of action, Directors and senior managers do.

Exactly who in the PL management structure is driving this?
And who is actually funding it?

Apparently we are being represented by Blackstone Chambers who were recently voted the best law firm in The UK.

We're not fucking around

Neither ourselves or the Premier League are going to have chump lawyers. Both sides will pay for very expensive counsel.

What I’m interested in knowing is how much pre hearing disclosure there will be. How much of the PL’s evidence will see in advance of the hearing? How long is it expected the hearing to take? When is the hearing likely to take place? I don’t if anyone knows the answers yet.

BBC website have a Q&A piece on it.

Guess what, not one single examination of the consequences of City being found not in breach of the PL rules.

Zip on City reputational redress.
Nada on previous media hysteria on 2014 'pinch' and UEFA/CAS and it's complete exhoneration outcome.
Zilch on PL impartiality & governance ramifications.
Complete silence on 'cartel' or any other clubs being examined on breaking financial rules, past the 6 years "time limit". Despite obvious ones like Liverpool hacking.
Ignores the looming spectre of backdoor ESL.
No mention of the 'minor' spending of Chelsea in the past 2 transfer windows, the debt laden clubs, the leeching white US owners.

So... completely as you'd expect

I won’t be wasting any time reading BBC Sport for some time now, apart from the rugby.

Bluemoon is the most impartial outlet at the moment, more than any of the national media.
